Will You Price Match from Another Store?​

Only if their price is higher than ours. But all kidding aside, we price our watches very competitively. If you do happen to find the same watch for less, feel free to send us an email. Include the other store's advertisement and we will do our best to beat it. Many times, when you see a watch priced lower than other retailers, it is not a genuine product, it is a return or reconditioned, or it was used and is being resold.

Returns & Refunds

 

Our goal is to become your best friend in the watch business; we want to continue a relationship long after your first purchase.  To this extent, should you have any issues or concerns with your new watch, please contact us. We accept returns within 30 days of the date your purchase was delivered to you. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with all tags, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and boxes included.
